Dear Sir/ Madam,

I am interested in availing sound box offering from HDFC Bank & agree to below terms of offer.

Terms of the Offer: -

1. Rental reversal is offered on Soundbox with minimum Rs.50,000/- volume in a calendar month.

2. I agree and authorize bank to debit below rental per month (plus GST) from account linked with
the sound box and rental reversal will be done within 45 days from qualifying month only if the
rent was recovered successfully. Rent reversal will be net off GST if point 1 is achieved.

Monthly Rental Rs 99/- per month plus GST

3. HDFC Bank, at its sole discretion can modify/ revise/ discontinue this offer with prior notice of
30 days to Merchant.

I wish to enroll under HDFC Bank Zero Rental Soundbox Program and agree to above terms of offer.
