The secretariat will book and pay for the accommodation of members who ask for

financial support and the invited external guest speakers, for the agreed nights.
For all other participants, Eurodiaconia reserved hotel rooms for a preferential price at the
Novotel Bucharest City Centre. Contrary to past years, we kindly ask you to book and pay
for your hotel room yourself, by following the instructions in the invitation. Please note
that the hotel will only hold the pre-booked rooms for our participants until early April,
so please book asap.

IMPORTANT TECHNICAL NOTE: Due to a technical problem on the hotel's reservation site,
the booking link will tell you that all rooms are booked for this period. In this case do not
worry, we do have enough rooms kept for our members. Please download and fill in this

Collection of personal data *

This activity is supported under the ESF + programme of the European Commission. Persons taking part in
this event wil be registred in a document called 'the list of partcipants', which will include at least their first
and last names and e-mail addresses. Depending on particular cases, it might also include participants'sex,
organisation and country details. The personal data included in the list of participants will be necessary and
used for monitoring of the EU programme for EFS +, including for surveys carried out throughout the
programme duration. The participants in ESF + programme -supported events can be contacted via surveys
to learn their views and opinions about ESF-supported event in which they have participated, e.g. a
conference, meeting, seminar or other type of event funded fully or partially by ESF + programme. The
collected personal data and all information related to the above mentioned surveys is stored on a server of
external contractor of the European Commission, who guarantees the data protection and confidentiality
required by the Regulation (EC) 45/2001.When you receive the survey, you will be able to verify, which
personal data is stored, have it modified, corrected, or deleted. You will also have the possibility to ask
questions regarding surveys or on the processing of information in the context of the surveys.

Eurodiaconia complies with the GDPR and any other applicable national laws regarding the processing of
personal data or the protection of privacy. Please note that by registering to this meeting, you agree that
your personal data will be collected, and in addition to the above, it will be further processed for the efficient
organisation and management of the meeting.
