My background is: 31 years old. Born in Himamaylan City, Negros Occidental
Philippines on September 21, 1991. I am the 3rd among the Five siblings. I have a
Philippine Passport. My father’s name is Danilo Sayo, who died last Feb 3, 2023. My
mother’s name is Josefina Sayo.

My husband was born in England in 1961. He migrated to Melbourne Australia in

November 1968 with his parents and two brothers. His family at that time lived in Lalor
and his parents divorced in 1974. His mother remarried and Danny (my husband) lived
with her in Ringwood Victoria, along with his two brothers Tommy and Robert and their
step-father. Danny started working in 1978 and he married his first wife in 1988, with
whom he had three children, Benjamin, Natalie and Georgina. Danny has an Australian
passport. We have lived together in the Philippines most of the time since we first met in
person.

My husband has permanent residency in Australia and he is an Australian citizen.

My husband works as a cleaner and l work at home and look after my 6 year old
daughter.

Yes, my husband sponsored two previous wives to Australia.

Question 7 - When did you first meet and where? Have you physically met?
Become friends online since 2016. Danny and l first met physically at Manila airport on
the 30th April 2022.
Question 8 - Have you been living together?
Yes we have been living together most of the time since we met.

Sitio Progreso, Barangay Constancia, San Lorenzo, Guimaras Philippines.

Question 10 - Have you ever traveled together?

Yes, we have traveled together to Manila on 2 occasions, to Boracay for our
honeymoon, to Bacolod for my fathers funeral, and to llo-ilo on several occasions. We
have not traveled outside of the Philippines together.

Question 11 - When did your relationship become official?

Our relationship became official in 2019 and we married in Guimaras on the 10th
October 2022.

Yes we have spent time apart each time my husband returns to work in Australia on 3
occasions since we met.

Yes we have photos of us on social occasions and with my family

Answer: Yes we have many email communications and chats history.

Answer: We are married.

Answer: Yes we have a Certificate of Marriage.

Question 17 - Are your family and friends aware of your relationship?

Answer: Yes my husband’s and my family and friends are all aware of our relationship.

Question 18 - Do you have any active joint bank accounts together?

Answer: No. We tried to open a joint bank account here in the Philippines but the bank
did not help us. My husband has transferred money from his bank account into mine
many times and he has sent money to me through Remitly many times.
 Question 19 - How do you share financials?
Answer: Usually Danny supports us financially. I was working for a long time before we
first met and for a while after that, but I moved from Bacolod to buy some land in
Guimaras with Danny. Currently I work at home taking care of our home and my
daughter. Danny considers my daughter Emery as his own. We are a family unit.

Question 20 - Do you own assets together?

Answer: No but Danny and l agreed to purchase our land, our car and our motorcycle
under my name which we can verify if necessary. The reason we purchased them in my
name is because we were advised that Danny could not own assets in the Philippines
because he’s not a permanent resident here.

Answer: l have not been married prior to marrying my husband Danny.

Answer: Yes my husband has been married before. He is legally divorced and now my
husband and l are legally married.

Answer: Yes l have a daughter and my husband has two daughters and a son.
