 Method :
STEP 1:
Mix 1 packet of premix with 2 cups of lukewarm milk and grind to mix up well.
STEP 2:
Heat 3 tbsp of oil or butter. Add the whole spices and sauté for 2 minutes. Add ½ cup of tomato puree and cook till oil separates.
STEP 3:
Add 1 cup of parboiled mixed vegetable (French beans, carrots, capsicum, green peas, cauliflower) and sauté for 2-3 minutes. Now add the prepared premix and cook
for 2-3 minutes.
STEP 4:
Add 3 tbsp cream, 1 tbsp butter, 3 tbsp cheese, 3 tbsp finely chopped coriander and ½ cup paneer(diced). Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
Garnish with coriander and serve hot with naan or roti.
