USULUTAN, DEPARTMENT OF USULUTAN AT FOURTEEN HOURS AND THIRTY
MINUTES OF THE DAY ELEVEN OF THE MONTH OF APRIL OF THE YEAR TWO
THOUSAND AND FIFTEEN.

Complainant Evelin Yamileth Bonilla de Rodríguez known as Evelin Who is Twenty-two
years old, with family status Married. Profession or Job Household, place and date of birth
Ereguayquin 17th of September of 1992. Been son of Reymundo Bonilla and Reina Ibel
Quintanilla with residency in The neighborhood “La cruz” of Ereguayquin, Usulután.

_______________ Who is identified with DUI number 04687844-1 issued in the city of
Usulután. Name of the imputees Alias “El Ahuacate” and Alias “El Bondi”, who are
members of the MS and they operate in the Canton of Analco of Ereguayquin Place of the
event Home of the complainant. Hour and date of the event 13:00 Hours of the day 11 of
April of 2015. Event Witnesses Her mother Reyna Ibel Quintanilla and her brother
Cristian Quintanilla.
REASON OF THE COMPLAINT OR FELONY Extortion and Threats.
In this act, is instructed the penalties imposed by the Law, and in the event that the
complainant commits the crime of slanderous denunciation, typified in art. 303, of the penal
code as well as in cases in which you must refrain from declaring or that there is a
prohibition to denounce Arts. 187 and 231 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, when asked
about the facts that had has filed to denounce, the complainant STATES THAT: This day
at about one in the afternoon, while she was swinging her one-year-old daughter Genesis
Esperanza Rodriguez Bonilla in a hammock, a man wearing a blue shirt with white stripes
and beige pants and a gray cap, who came to her house. who approached the metal mesh
that encloses the land where she lives and told her: “girl, here are calling you”, and
showed her a phone to which she answered, “I don't have anyone to call me”, then this guy
told her “Take, answer it is from the barrios city prison”, in that moment she called her
mother and told her what was happening, and at the same time, the complainant told the
subject again that she had nothing to talk about with anyone, much less with an imprisoned
people. The complainant clarifies that she only knows this subject by the alias they say,
"the ahuacate", when this subject saw the negativities of the complainant, he put the phone
close to his ear and told the person who made the call, "She did not want to talk to you,
what do I do”, and he continued with the phone to his ear. After he finished speaking, he
approached the fence again and said, "Look, the bondi says (referring to the subject who is
in the prison) that tomorrow he needs you to help him with $100 dollars, and that your
husband Gustavo is in the United States and that you can ask your husband to give it to
him, because if you don't give it to him, you wouldn’t want to regret it because he already
knows that Every weekend you go up to the Canton of Analco to visit your in-laws and
sometimes you go up on foot alone with your two children, and you can easily get lost in
one of those canals along that road". When the complainant heard this, she replied to the
subject known as “the ahuacate”, "So you're threatening me?" To which “the ahuacate”
replied, "I only tell you what Bondi says, take it the way you want" and the subject left
going towards the Canton of Analco. Reason for which the complainant fears for her life
and that of her two children, since these gang members can harm them. Manifesting that it
is all that she can state in relation to what happened.
