Subject: Withdrawal from Diploma In International Business- Ameera Arisya bint Zainal

Dear Mr Steve,

I hope this letter finds you well. I am writing to formally request withdrawal of my enrolment from
UCSI University Sarawak Campus for the Diploma In International Business effective 24 January 2024.
After careful consideration and personal reflection, I have decided to discontinue my studies at UCSI
University Sarawak Campus due to my family financial problems.

I want to express my gratitude for the opportunities and experiences I have had during my time at
UCSI University Sarawak Campus. I appreciate the support from faculty, and fellow students. The
decision to withdraw is not made lightly, and I understand the importance of education. However, I
will ensure that all outstanding fees and obligations are settled promptly.

I am grateful for the knowledge and skills gained. I am confident that this decision will lead to
personal growth and new opportunities . Thank you for your understanding and assistance in this
matter. I hope to receive my confirmation of my withdrawal soon.
