1st meeting

Venue: ECC-SDCOR main office, Kofele multipurpose hall
SCOPE: Concept note and Proposal designing on RCS thematic and operational area
Legality: The team is legally nominated by the management of the organization
PURPOSE
- To start the assigned duty
- To prepare plan and schedule for duties
- To share roles and responsibility among the team
- To Identify our thematic and operational are
- Preparation of necessary procedure

RESPONSIBILITES AND DUTIES
Project Team
- Organized with strong team spirit
- Have a regular meeting schedule
- Stablish strong communication channels with our respective zones and woredas
- follow released call information
- Prepare valuable concept note and proposal
- Submitting completed concept notes and proposal
RCS Director/ Delegates:
- Recognize the project team work.
- Timely updating released calls and important information. (Project ideas)
- Give necessary support and guidance
- Commenting and Submitting received concept notes to concerned donors
- Updating the progresses of submitted concept notes and proposals
- Link project team with important acters, organizations and volunteers
RCS Directors Delegates
- Recognize and understand the work and efforts of the project team
- Help to reconcile the regular duty schedule with the project team work
- Provide necessary inputs, materials and logistic issues on time.
- Facilitating other RCS staff engagement and support whenever necessary
- Closely follow up and support as much as possible
Other RCS Department
- Recognize the project team work and schedule/even temporary
- Providing timely response when requested something
- Follow up and support for common goal
RCS staffs:
- Active participation and support
- Dedication positive support/ responsibility of all staffs
- Strong care and control for the maintained resource

CONFLICTS OF INTEREST
- All the effort, gaining, outcomes, the credits and the results will be belonging to RCS, not for individual, for project teams as well as for
all RCS staffs.
- Ever bodies ideal contribution should be respected (every one’s ideas is very important to the team
- Active participation is mandatory from the team
REPORTING AND INFORMATION SHARING
- Reporting and other communication could be only through structural line (chain of command) set from the office
