New HAPPY Card Applicants:

• Issuance Fee: A non-refundable fee of Rs. 50 applies per card.

• Collection Notification: You will receive an SMS notification upon card arrival at the depot, advising you to collect it.
• Required Documentation: Please bring your original government-issued ID (PPP ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport)
when collecting your card.
• Activation: During initial activation, enter the provided OTP and set a new PIN (as mentioned in the phone text).
• Transaction Confirmation: Once the transaction is approved or successful, your card is ready for use.

Existing NCMC Cardholders Activating HAPPY Card:

• Required Documentation: Present your original Haryana Roadways NCMC card and a valid government-issued ID
(PPP ID, Aadhaar Card, Driving License, Passport) at the depot.
• Activation Details: Share your Happy Pass reference number and OTP with the depot operator.
• Loading and Use: Once card loaded at the depot, your HAPPY Card is immediately available for use.
