ENGLISH PLAY

THIS IS A PLAY BY AARSH ABOUT SCOTLAND INVADING ENGLAND IN

THE YEAR 1453. HOPE YOU ENJOY
Donald III – we need to find a way to destroy England, they have
taken away my land and half of my army. I cant even enjoy my
breakfast because of Edward IV, he has ruined all my plans to make
Scotland a better place for many to visit.

Guard – we can’t attack them recklessly, if Edward IV found out he

would kill and destroy us and you will be killed, just like your father

Donald III – then we can join forces with northern Ireland and Wales,
if they both help us than we may have a chance to defeat him.

Narrator – Donald III then went to talk with the northern Irish and
the Welsh kings Owain Gwynedd ap Gruffydd and Máel
Sechnaill mac Máele Ruanaid and they both agreed and the
next day northern Irish, Welsh and Scottish soldiers had come
to attack Edward III

Narrator – the battle raged down and it looked like as if

Scotland was winning, but just then France warriors came and
thrashed the Scottish army, this was bad for Scotland but
northern Irish king had a wonderful plan quickly he hould and
he sent a letter to the Chinese emperor Kublai khan he got their
message and worked out a plan and sent cannons and soldiers
to the united kingdom, this was his message to his soldiers

Kublai khan – my soldiers the united kingdom needs our help

and I know that they have not done anything for us but we have
to give them the kindness and so I did I hope you all have a
victorious battle for I will tell my idol and my grandfather
Genghis Khan to praise you while you battle, best of luck my
comrades you will need it

Narrator – that speech motivated many people and when they

reached the united kingdom the helped the Scottish army and
defeated England these are Edward IV last words

Edward IV – FATHER I COMMIT MY SPIRIT IT IS FINISHED

And the Scottish, northern Irish and Welsh all cheered as the
had various parts of England in their control
