So many people in network marketing have an employee mentality. Are you still fighting that employee mentality
a little bit because you’ve been trained since you were little kid to do what you’re told, show up when told,
work as long as told, take a break when told, have lunch when told, go home when told, have a vacation
when told.
In Network Marketing you have been given the keys to your time and you don’t employ yourself in the same
way. Network marketing is so forgiving. It’s so forgiving that you can still get paid and squander time.
Most people feel lost in network marketing without any direction, without any structure. Time management
is all about finding balance and structure in your day, creating freedom in your activities. I designed this Master
Class to help you overcome those challenges, and to help you find structure and reframe your mindset from
employee mentality to thinking like an Entrepreneur.

“When you think about the time we have, the lives we are going
to contribute to, and the purpose that we have, you have to realize that
Time is a gift and also a responsibility.”
— Eric Worre
Now go back and look at your list above of the things that are precious to you,
and think about what level of respect you are giving to those things.
If you were paying someone $1000 a week how many presentations do they need to do?
In Network Marketing if you want to be really effective, you have to schedule your own hours, and be your
own boss. When you are first getting started you might not have much time, but you need to make effect use
of the time that you do have. You might not have 2 hours to prospect, but you do have 15 minutes.
If you have 10 Hours a week to work on your business that equals 40 15-minute time blocks. Just how much
could you get done?
Now divide that number by 52 and then divide that number by 5, and the divide that number by 8 and that
is how much per hour you say you are worth. What is your number?
What are the things you do that are not worth your hourly wage and you can pay someone else to do:
Commit to the task. Focus on doing, not avoiding. Write down the tasks that you need to complete, and specify
a time for doing them.
•• Reward Yourself. If you complete a difficult task on time, reward yourself with a treat, such as a slice
of cake or a coffee from your favorite coffee shop.
••Accountability Buddy! Ask someone to check up on you. Peer pressure works!
••Tackle tasks as soon as they arise, rather than letting them build up over another day.
••Minimize distractions. Turn off your email and social media, and avoid sitting anywhere near
a television while you work!
••Get those tasks that you find least pleasant out of the way early. This will give you the rest
of the day to concentrate on work that you find more enjoyable.
Make a list:
Who do you need to connect with and why:
“You become the average of the 5 people you spend the most time with.”
