SENTENCES GRAMMATICAL KNOWLEDGE MODEL IN AFAAN OROMO USING DEEP LEARNING APPROACH
List of Figures: there is an error that should be solved.

What are the d/ce b/n grammar detection and grammar knowledge? (i.e your title). Consider this issue
and modify your title accordingly… for example, when you looked at architecture in Figure 3.1 you have
developed a grammar error detection model.

Abstract

Experimental findings show that when the dataset is divided into an 80/20 ratio, with 20% reserved for
validation, the proposed BiLSTM model achieves a performance level of 95% accuracy, 65.4% F1 score,
66% recall, and 65% precision. What is there is no testing dataset as you wrote the document in this
abstract section. This section needs revision

Which performance metrics have you used? Just write the accuracy achieved by those metrics

Keywords: NLP, Deep Learning, LSTM, BiLSTM, Afaan Oromo Morphological analysis, Afaan Oromo
sentence disagreement, Afaan Oromo sentences grammatical knowledge error detection. why such long
sentences as keywords? This section needs revision

The statement of the problem section should revised based on the title to be modified

RQ should be revised

1.5.2. Specific Objectives

To accomplish the primary objective, the following specific objectives are used:

Data are collected from various sources which include literature, articles, online resources, and other
written materials available in the language. Is this the objective of the study?

To develop LSTM and BILSTM Models for Afaan Oromo sentences grammatical knowledge error detection
by utilizing Afaan Oromo data prepared. Are you going to develop the LSTM and BILSTM model? I think
this sentence is wrong. you are going to use those algorithms…... the objectives should be revised
thoroughly…

METHODS AND APPROACHES

Data Sources and Volume

“In our research on developing a sentence grammatical knowledge error detection model in Afaan
Oromo using deep learning, we explored various data sources for model training and evaluation. Firstly,
we utilized collections of Afaan Oromo texts, known as corpora, which encompass diverse genres such as Commented [NB1]: This sentence is incorrect
literature, news articles, social media posts, datasets specifically for grammatical error detection in grammatically.

Afaan Oromo sentences, datasets from applications designed for teaching Afaan Oromo, datasets
generated through linguistic research or language studies focusing on Afaan Oromo and academic text.
These corpora we used it a rich source of sentences with grammatical errors for model training and
evaluation. Additionally, we collaborated with linguistic experts or native speakers proficient in Afaan
Oromo to annotate sentences with grammatical errors. This ensured the quality and accuracy of
annotated data used for model training”.

According to the above paragraph…. literature, news articles, and social media posts are sources of your
data. how much data you have collected from each source? Why do you select them only? There are
many social media, which social media platforms have you used…

Each component of Figure 3.1 should be described clearly. For example, what feature techniques have
you used?

How to tag the dataset? You should have to

Your model grammar detects error … which means you developed an error detection model.

You have not discussed dataset annotation which is very essential for dataset preparation

The other section of the document should be revised based
