video in the app to get this process done easily

 HOME SCREEN – FIRST VERSION
o The home screen in the first version contains the following elements (will be revised again later on, once we have the Crew Net
(articles and news) in Development Phase 2 and 3):

(No network / Connection over Internet / Connection over ship Wifi)

❷ Name and profile picture of the crew member is displayed for a personal greeting.

Clicking on the red/green icon will lead to the document
status page with…
o clear presentation of which documents are still
required or already in place
o Easy Upload function: crew can upload a document or
sign a pre-defined form directly here with 2-3 clicks
o After uploads, crew gets a visual indication that the
document is in review (Adonis basket) or completed

How does the app know who needs what?

o Adonis “Requirements Profile” handles all document
requirements by position
o Adonis Org Structure handles all document
requirements by Team
→ As a combination of both, Adonis is able to tell for each
PIN what is needed for the next sailing activity

We do have 3 types of documents here with different

workflow
1. Scanned documents/Fotos → upload to Adonis basket
2. Predefined forms (sea chefs forms, eg Data Privacy
Note) → upload to Adonis document code
3. Sc academy courses → linked to academy & uploaded
