A Review on Cherating Beach

Malaysia is famous for its best beaches and one of the most loved beaches is
Cherating Beach. Cherating Beach is located at Cherating, Pahang. It is approximately
700km from Johor Bahru. This beach is suitable for people of all ages and there are lots
of activities to enjoy there. I went there with my family last December.
It cannot be denied that Cherating Beach is famous for its water sports. One of the
activities is kayaking. You and your family can kayak through the lakes there while
enjoying the flora and fauna. Besides, snorkelling and scuba-diving are the must-do
activities there. Prepare to be mesmerised by the beautiful aquatic life that you are going
to witness. The water in Cherating Beach is as clear as crystal and sapphire blue in colour
that you can even see the ocean floor. To make things even better, the ocean floors are
filled with colourful coral reefs that are protected by the authorities there! Moreover, you
can also take surfing lessons by professionals there. The cost is about RM60 per person. I
think it is worth the price as it is a once-in-a-lifetime experience. You can enjoy the
breeze while surfing with your family. Safety gears and guides are also provided to
ensure your safety.
As what I am aware of, there are too many activities there to finish in a day, which
is why there are many resorts and chalets built at the beach. The resort that I would
recommend is Sunset Resort. Sunset Resort has one of the most unique styles compared
to the other resorts and it is a five-star resort. There are double bed bedrooms to VIP
bedrooms which cost about RM120 per night. The customer services are also top-notch to
facilitate the tourists’ needs. Besides, the restaurants in the resort offer high-quality
cuisines made by five-star Michelin chefs. From Japanese to Western cuisines, just one
sniff is enough to make you drool. The restaurant is also on the top floor of the resort so
that tourists will be able to enjoy the sunset while they indulge themselves in the mouth-
watering food. In addition, the resort also provides telematch games for tourists such as
volleyball and tug-of-war. The one activity that fascinates me the most is the Treasure
Hunt. During this activity, you are required to find chests placed randomly around the
beach. This activity is suitable for families as it is not stressful and tourists can explore
the beach while looking for the chests.
All in all, it is recommended that tourists from all over the world should put
Cherating Beach into their bucket list. Cherating Beach is relaxing and a suitable getaway
from work and school life. Do not fret and book now! I am sure that this place is worth
visiting and it would also be an unforgettable moment for you.
