Greetings!

We hope this letter finds you in good health and high spirits.

We are reaching out to you today with a humble request for financial assistance to support our
candidate for Hara sa Santa Catalina, Ms. Nikkie Rañada –she is one of the ten official
candidates for this year's search for Hara sa Santa Catalina.

With this we humbly need financial assistance for the following;

 A PROFESSIONAL MAKE UP ARTIST

 PROFESSIONAL CHOREOGRAPHER FOR THE TALENT PRESENTATION OF THE CANDIDATE
 VIDEOGRAPHER / EDITOR
 GASOLINE TRANSPORTATIONAL NEEDS
 DAY-TO-DAY SNACKS

As you may already be aware, we have received subsidies from the Local Government Unit,
unfortunately, a portion of these funds has been allocated to the pageant committee and attire
of our candidate, leaving us with limited resources to cover the remaining expenses.

The remaining Php20, 000.00 from the subsidies has been allocated to making a Blue Evening
Gown for Php9,000.00 pesos, and Php9, 000.00 pesos for the festival costume, (WE ARE NOT
ALLOWED TO USE GOWNS AND COSTUMES THAT IS ALREADY USED IN PROVINCE of NEGROS
ORIENTAL, IT SHOULD BE NEW ACCORDING TO COMMITTEE) leaving us having no resources to
cover the remaining expenses for the talent fee that costs around Php2,000.00 including the
back-ups.
For the videographer and editor of our tourism video around Php1,500.00 and professional
make-up artist costing Php5,000.00 (from the screening, 2 day pictorials, video shoot,
presentation, talent night, and until the coronation night).

With this, we are aiming to pay all the expenses with your support.
We understand that there are numerous causes and initiatives vying for your support.
However, we kindly request you to consider the significance of this event in preserving our
cultural heritage and fostering a sense of unity among our community members and
competitive spirit.

Your support and generosity will be acknowledged and appreciated, and we will ensure that all
donors are recognized. Hoping to see you in celebrating the Hara sa Santa Catalina event.
