Method for Roast Chicken
1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees 2. Combine all spices into a bowl, add chicken thighs and mix well 3. Bake chicken in preheated oven until cooked +- 30 min
Ingredients for Couscous salad
100g couscous 1/4 red onion 1/4 red, yellow and green pepper Salt and pepper to taste 1 tbsp. olive oil 50g feta 60g butternut peeled and cut into cubes 10g pumpkin seeds 10g sunflower seeds 1 lemon (juice and zest) 2 tbsp. coriander chopped
Method for CousCous salad
1. Place a pot of water on the stove, add butternut and boil until al dente 2. Put cous-cous into a bowl, add salt and pepper and oil, cover with enough boiled water and cover with cling flim. Leave aside 3. Chop onions and peppers into small cubes 4. Finally fork cous-cous and add all ingredients mix well and serve
