Roast chicken, cous-cous and feta salad


Ingredients for Roast chicken
 1 chicken thigh
 1/4 tsp garlic salt
 1/4 tsp onion salt
 1/4 tsp dried oregano
 1/4 tsp ground thyme
 1/4 tsp paprika
 1/4 tsp ground black pepper

Method for Roast Chicken


1. Preheat oven to 180 degrees
2. Combine all spices into a bowl, add chicken thighs and mix well
3. Bake chicken in preheated oven until cooked +- 30 min

Ingredients for Couscous salad


 100g couscous
 1/4 red onion
 1/4 red, yellow and green pepper
 Salt and pepper to taste
 1 tbsp. olive oil
 50g feta
 60g butternut peeled and cut into cubes
 10g pumpkin seeds
 10g sunflower seeds
 1 lemon (juice and zest)
 2 tbsp. coriander chopped

Method for CousCous salad


1. Place a pot of water on the stove, add butternut and boil until al dente
2. Put cous-cous into a bowl, add salt and pepper and oil, cover with enough boiled water and cover with cling flim. Leave aside
3. Chop onions and peppers into small cubes
4. Finally fork cous-cous and add all ingredients mix well and serve
