I. Objectives: At the end of the lesson, the students are expected to:

 Identify different types of production inputs, including raw materials, labor, and
equipment.
 Understand the concept of production input and output in the context of fish (food)
processing.
 Explain the importance of production input and output report.

II. Subject Matter:


A. Topic: Food (Fish) Processing
B. References: TLE FOOD / FISH PROCESSING Exploratory Course for Grade 7 &8
MODULE 4 (PART 4)
C. Materials: PowerPoint Presentation,

III. Procedure

A. Drill/Review:
The teacher will ask questions to the students about their previous topic.
B. Motivation:
Let students solve simple mathematical problem.
C. Presentation:
The teacher will ask few questions to students related to the topic to be discussed.
The teacher will start her discussion by presenting her PowerPoint Presentation.
D. Application:
 The teacher will divide students into two groups and let students choose one
representative. Student will try to calculate production input and output.

E. Generalization:
Why production input and output are important in food (fish)processing?

IV. ASSESSMENT:
Essay:
1. Why production report s important in food processing?
2. When you are going to sell a product, are you going to sell it in a higher or lower price?

V. ASSIGNMENT:
Study more about the production input and output calculations. As possible give
an example.
