Enlistment for electives must be done within the schedule provided. While the form
attempts to provide a means to indicate capacity, enlistment will be conducted on a first
come, first serve basis as indicated by the submission time of the form. To avoid conflict
of schedule, kindly check the provided documents before enlisting.
You may only submit your form once. In situations where you may have submitted for
an elective that is already full, please choose another available elective. Also, kindly
coordinate with our CTHM virtual office- https://ust-edu-
ph.zoom.us/j/89626090601?pwd=MEJQNnA0TDFkS0RSNzJrdk1BWXB1dz09 . We shall
only accommodate regular students who were not able to access the form.
While enlistment provides your preference, it does not guarantee a slot within the class
selected. To ensure priority in assigning within a preferred class, please sign up as soon
as possible.
Likewise, before you click assessment and enroll, make sure that you can view all the
encoded courses on your portal for the 2nd term AY 22-23.
