Entrepreneurial Intentions and Need for Achievements among Nursing Students

Abstract
Entrepreneurship is currently become a trending topic in Community Nursing as new graduating
nurses responding to new paradigm shift in health industries development and high rate of
unemployment. Entrepreneurial Intentions and Need for Achievements are vital components for
business start-ups and investigation of these variables among nursing students are limited. The study
aimed to investigate the entrepreneurial intentions and its correlation to need for achievements among
professional nursing students in a specific university at North Minahasa with correlational design in
the academic year of 2022/2023. 102 participants consented to fill-up the online questionnaire through
consecutive sampling technique.
