 This offer (“Offer”) is made for residents of India (“Customers”) purchasing from Haier Brand
Product (“Buying”) from Haier D2C website through Pine Labs Payment Gateway.
 Customer can avail up to 20% cashback on Haier Products as per the product and offer
availability.

 The Offer is valid from 1st Mar’24 till 31st Mar’24.

 The offer is applicable on Bank of Baroda, Citi Bank, DBS Bank, Federal, ICICI Bank, IDFC First
Bank, Kotak Mahindra Bank and Yes Bank Credit Cards and ICICI & Kotak Debit Cards EMI.
 ICICI Bank CC/DC Offer and Yes Bank offer is applicable on selected models of
REF/WM/LED/AC

 The offer is valid only available through Pine Labs Payment Gateway only.
 1% Customer Buy Down will be applicable on all 6 Months EMI Transactions
 2% Customer Buy Down will be applicable on all 9 months EMI Transactions.

 3% Customer Buy Down will be applicable on all 12 months and above EMI Transactions.
 For Kotak DC, 0.5% CBD in 3M, 2% CBD in 6M, 2.5% CBD in 9M and 3.5% CBD in all 12
months and above transactions.
 The maximum amount of cashback is Rs. 20,000/- (Twenty Thousand only)
 The offer is only available in the form of Instant Discount which will be deducted from the
final product price as per eligible card.

 Instant Discount is also applicable on selected dealers

 GST on the Interest Amount will not be reversed.
 Instant reversal of Interest Amount is also done through Selected Banks.
 PF will be applicable as per the Bank’s discretion and it is non-reversible.
 The Customer can avail cash back only on 1 (one) transaction during the offer period.
 The present terms and conditions are to be read in conjunction with, and not in derogation
of, the cardholder agreement entered with the Banks.
 In event of any inconsistency between the terms of this Offer and the cardholder
agreement, terms of Offer shall prevail.

 All complaints, claims, disputes, concerns, issues, etc., regarding the Offer should be taken
up directly with Bank.
 The cashback is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and non-encash able.
 All purchase made under this Offer shall be subject to terms & conditions of availability of
these products at Haier D2C website. The offer is valid till the stock lasts.
 Offer is not applicable on Corporate, NRI Credit Cards, Flipkart Cards, ICICI Amazon Bin
Cards.
 In case of partial/full cancellation/return of the purchased product, the Offer stands void
and the Customer will not be eligible for the cashback.

 Haier and Respective Banks reserve the right to extend withdraw or terminate this Offer
without prior notice, without assigning any reasons and without any liability towards any
person.
 Banks and Haier reserve the right to add, amend or replace all or any of the terms of this
Offer, whether similar to this Offer or not, without prior notice and without assigning any
reasons
 All taxes, duties, levies or other statutory dues and charges payable in connection with the
benefits accruing under the Offer shall be borne solely by the Customer. Bank and Haier will
not be liable in any manner whatsoever for any such taxes, duties, levies or other statutory
dues.
 In the event of any misuse or abuse of Offer by the Customer, Banks reserves the right to
deny the Offers
 Banks and Haier shall not be liable for any losses or damages that may be suffered, by a
Customer, directly or indirectly, as a result of participating in the Offer and/or by the use or
non-use of the Card.
 The liability of Bank towards the Customer under this Offer shall not exceed the amount of
cashback printed on the charge slip.
 Haier & Banks reserve the right to disqualify any cardholder from the benefits of the offer if
any fraudulent activity is identified as being carried out for the purpose of availing the
benefits under the offer or otherwise by use of the Card.
 By purchase through the Card during the Promotion Period, Customer
 In case there is more than one offer available simultaneously, no two offers can be
combined by the participant. It shall be entirely at discretion of the Bank to consider any
exceptions to the above.

 (i) Confirms that the its participation in the Offer is voluntary;

 (ii) Unconditionally and irrevocable agrees to these terms and conditions

 (iii) Consents that all information provided by the Customer may be shared by partner with
its agents, representatives, service providers and employees, and may be used to send
promotional information pertaining to Haier to the Customer, in future.

 (iv) Have read, understood and accepted these terms and conditions.
