trauma and depression for several months as she was having no money for herself and her

daughter.

9. That complaint is now assured and verified from the neighbours that the accused
persons had forged the documents and sold the shop 2, B-1/185, Vishnu Garden. New Delhi
to accused Rahul by forging the documents despite of the fact that the shop was under the
possession and control of husband and the complainant herself.

10. That the accused persons had forged the documents of the said shop, sold the same,
taken out all the articles lyin in the said shop and sold in an illegal manner and also left the
complainant on Road because she was running the shop for her livelihood in the name and
style of Ambey Electricals and doing courier and recharge business of mobiles since her
marriage.

11. The above named accused persons to mislead and take undue advantage of the mental
situation of the complaint as due to death of her husband she was under stress and
depression and initially it was told that the shop is given to financer but it is confirmed that
they had sold the said shop 2. B-1/185. Vishnu Garden. New Delhi to Mr. Rahul despite of
the fact that shop was in control and possession of the complainant and she was adoing
business from there and running her livelihood from the said shop by forging the
documents

After considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances and conduct of the above
mentioned persons namely Pawan Sharma, Shweta Sharama. Anita Sharma along with Mr
Rahul had committed act of cheating forgery, used the forged documents and sold shop of
my husband which I was using for my livelihood and sold all the articles lying in the said
shop, it is therefore most respectfully prayed and requested to register an FIR and
investigate into the forgeries and misdeeds committed by the above mentioned accused
persons and take an appropriate action may kindly be taken as per the relevant provisions
of law.
