Academic Task-3-Interview Skills -PES 319
PES 319 Does not require Question Paper
Objective:The objective of assessing interview skills is to evaluate students
based on their answering skills to different types of questions asked in interviews.
What students are required to do?
Each student will be called individually by the trainer for their interview assessment.
During this one-on-one interview, the trainer will ask a series of interview questions.
Each interview is expected to last for a minimum of 10 minutes.
Instructions
1. Students must carry printouts of their CVs on bond paper in an executive folder.
2. Students are required to carry a photocopy of all the academic documents and certificates
in the executive folder.
3. Students must be dressed up informal attire and professionally groomed.
4. Students must carry hard copies of specialised( domain-specific/job profile-related) CVs
uploaded on UMS for the interview.

Guidelines:
1. Every student is supposed to be in proper formal/presentable attire.
2. Absenteeism on the day of CA will lead to zero marks.
3. Students are encouraged to be creative and authentic
4. CA will be conducted in both Lecture and Tutorial classes
