Dear Parents / Students,

• we welcome all my students to school. we are sure that all of you will be looking forward to
coming to school in your new classes.

• we wish you all the best and pray that this academic year brings joy and success for all of you.

• Parents and guardians are instructed to drop and pick your ward at school gates.

• When dropping off and picking up your child, please use :

• Gate 1 for all girls and pre-school to class 5.,

• Gate 2 for all boys from class 6 to 10.

• For newly admitted students a temporary pick and drop card will be issued.

• Existing students will bring last year student ID card.

• Students will be handed over to parents/guardians/drivers only by showing school ID cards.

• Share your ward private van driver’s details with respective teacher on the given format for the
issuance of ID card,

· Kindly note our school will be closed right after 30 minutes the pickup time. After that, we won’t
be able to take responsibility for your children. Please make sure to instruct your drivers to pick
up the kids on time.

Please send your ward in summer uniform.

Students of EYS-1 and EYS-2 will come to school in neat and tidy casual clothes, socks and closed
comfortable shoes no slippers or fancy shoes(No uniform , no sandals).
