Industrial
Housing.
The site is located in the MIDC area of Khed Shivapur. This project
aims to address the residential needs of the primary users: the
hardworking workers and supervisors employed in the nearby fac-
tories. Situated amidst the industrial hub, our housing development
is designed to provide a comfortable and convenient living environ-
ment for those who contribute significantly to the productivity and
growth of the region. With a focus on affordability, functionality,
and community-centric design, our project endeavors to enhance
the quality of life for the workforce while fostering a sense of be-
longing and camaraderie within the neighborhood. Join us as we
embark on a journey to create a thriving residential enclave that
serves as a sanctuary for those who call it home.

Concept.
Cantilevered Structure:
By cantilevering a small portion of each block
outward, we defy architectural norms, adding a
touch of daring elegance to the building's sil-
houette. This unique design element not only
serves an aesthetic purpose but also maximizes
the functionality of the living space within each
unit.
Staggered Configuration:
Embracing the spirit of Jenga, we stagger the
blocks over each other, creating a visually strik-
ing composition. This arrangement introduces
an element of playfulness and unpredictability
to the building's facade, captivating the atten-
tion of passersby and residents alike.

Hospital.
In response to the pressing need for reformed healthcare infrastructure in
India, particularly in semi-urban areas, this designed general hospital
project in Saswad aims to establish accessible and healing-centered
healthcare facilities. Situated strategically on the Pune-Saswad Diveghat
state highway, the hospital will serve the communities of Pawar Wadi,
Kalewadi, and Saswad town. Embracing the trend towards well-lit and
well-designed spaces, this hospital design prioritizes preventing harm,
providing psychological support, and accommodating evolving healthcare
technology. With approximately 50 beds, the hospital will offer basic
outpatient, diagnostic, surgical, and 24-hour patient care services, utilizing
a site near Chandan Tekdi spanning 4044 square meters, accessible via an
18-meter-wide primary road with a secondary 9-meter-wide road on the
southwest side

Concept.
H-Shaped Hospital Design: The H-shaped layout of the hospital
symbolizes unity and interconnectedness, reflecting the collaborative
nature of healthcare delivery. The central spine of the H serves as the
main circulation axis, facilitating efficient movement throughout the
facility.
Thermal Mass: High thermal mass materials such as concrete is used in the
building envelope to absorb and store heat energy, moderating temperature
fluctuations and reducing heating and cooling loads.
