The Private Dormitory „BURŻUJ”

The Private Dormitory offer rooms for rent in four- or five-room apartments. Each
apartment has a kitchen, bathroom with shower and hall. Rooms are fully
furnished, you don't have to worry about furniture or kitchen equipment. This is
extremely important, especially if you are coming to Lublin from another country.

The Private Dormitory is comfortable, convenient and in a great location.

“Burżuj” student rooms are located in the city center and in the very heart of
Lublin. In the immediate vicinity there are shops, a canteen, a sports hall and
service facilities. The building where the rooms are located has been completely
renovated and is equipped with elevators and monitoring. Free parking is also
available to students.

Price list 2023/2024

Single room in a five-room apartment:

- PLN 800.00 / month

The deposit for single rooms is equivalent to one month's rent !

The holiday fee is PLN 250.00 per month.
The price includes all utilities (water, electricity, heating).
