This internship is very great opportunity for me as it is helping me to gain
practical knowledge, skill and experience.

experience, knowledge, support and continuous review & encouragement is

UAS International Group of Companies is basically a Wealth Management,

Travel & Tourism and Career Consultant Company, which is located in
Gurugram, Haryana 122001. UAS International has facilitated various training
and development programs in India and broad with the top B-school and has
trained almost 67000 and above interns till date. They have liaisons with 26
universities in India with the base size of 450 and above campuses. They are
looking out for interns with specialisation in Marketing and Hr, passionate to
make their career in banking and financial sector. For this purpose, UAS
International has also come up with “International Live Projects” to train and
develop the knowledge and resource based skills of the candidates to fill the
void of the business environment.

They have emerged as a service partner of various Banks and Universities by

providing a one stop solution and offering a gamut of services like – Training &
Development, international & National internships, College Trips etc.
Deploying a unique data-driven approach to generate risk-adjusted returns over
time, their managers collaborate with investors to understand the nuances of
their finances and risk appetites and execute crucial investment decisions in a
timely manner. Portfolio management strategies of UAS international enables
investors to grow their investments while minimising risk and volatility.

 HISTORY OF UAS INTERNATIONAL

UAS International, established in 2013, works on maximising ranging through

their exclusive high-profile network ranging from top government banks to elite
private banks. O.P. Taneja is the Director of the UAS International, he is a
retired Chief Manager of Oriental Bank of Commerce. Initially started as a
human resource development organisation, they have since expanded and
flourished as a wealth management company aiming to provide Portfolio
Management Service (PMS) using their expensive range of investment
products. Also, in 2016, UAS International started a new venture by the name of
UAS International Holidays with the vision to provide customised international
and domestic tour packages for group travels, corporate travel, college trips etc.
Their crystal-clear focus, combined with their tenacious work ethics, helps
provide tailor made solutions build on and continuously adjusted to meet our
lifestyle goals.

First day 8th July Induction Programme:

In 1st day of induction programme, they talked about the introduction of

company profile, Vision & Mission of the Company, Role of the Company,
Product & Service of the Company.
And I also provide a brief introduction of myself to everyone.

Second day 11th July (Travel & Tourism) session:

On the second day of my internship Ms. Komal mam had taken a great session
on the topic of Travel & Tourism.
At the end of session, I was assigned with a task to make a power point
presentation on Travel & Tourism, and I have completed my work within the
given time.
