B Spa Day A day of pure diversion with treatments to restore you inside and out. Indulge in all the delights of the Spa, from the thermal bathing and outdoor hot tub to the beautiful relaxation spaces and a one course light lunch. Treatments commence with a Cleopatra bath and healing Himalayan salt crystals, with a choice of a dry mineral scrub or warm, healing mud cocoon. A massage of 50 minutes and a beautiful Lubatti facial are then chosen by your therapist to suit your needs and skin type. Lunch is followed by a Butter LONDON hand and foot treatment.

The Two of Us Enjoy the company of friends, family or that special someone, in a spa collection for two (or more). For those who wish to lunch, chill-out with their friends and generally have a good time whilst tting in a few essential treats. Relax in the outdoor hot tub, enjoy a High Velocity 25 minute massage, 30 minute Lubatti facial chosen by your therapist, followed by a manicure with Butter LONDON. Take a pit-stop for a one course light lunch along the way.

Gentlemans Spa Day This customised service delivers serious down time. Unwind in the selection of thermal spa heat experiences and our outdoor hot-tub. Then repose in the beautiful relaxation rooms, before kicking back with a High Velocity 80 minute massage, facial for men and a pedicure by Butter LONDON.

Twilight Spa A late afternoon treat for two people. It includes a 50 minute treatment of your choice, full use of our beautiful spa and a two course meal in the Brooklands Brasserie, with a glass of champagne to help you unwind and nish your day in style.

JANE SCRIVNER is a contemporary treatment designer who over twenty years has written many titles on the art of spa and detox and worked in 21 different countries. Jane has developed an exclusive selection of treatments for B SPA that are effective, unusual and make sense. They are of course highly pleasurable as well.
Emergence Designed to cleanse, nourish and replenish a total body experience. Starting with a dry mineral scrub, we follow with a full body mud cocoon. Whilst the body is wrapped, the face is cleansed, exfoliated and massaged and a mud and honey treatment applied. The body is then washed and hydrated with essential oils. The face treatment is removed and skin oils applied, leaving you to emerge, replenished and perfected.

Elemental Therapy
Many of the elements of our Spa Treatments can be condensed, taken individually or booked alongside other treatments. You simply choose from Balance, Peace, Revive or Detox and we take care of the rest.

Thermapeutic A fabulously unusual body wrap, using German techniques to achieve incredible results. Cleansing, deeply relaxing and very grounding. We wrap the body in cool linen, bundle in soft cotton and cocoon in warm wool, you then let your body cleanse itself. We unwrap you, gently wash you and apply amazing essential oils to complete the cleanse.

Total Body Hydration/Balance Putting back what every day life has taken out. Hydrating, nourishing and calming, we start on the back of the body with a high-grade hydromel to soften and cleanse. We apply our Balancing Jojoba blend and polish into the skin with a unique soft body brushing. The treatment is applied a warm beeswax and jojoba butter is layered onto your skin to feed, nourish and luxuriate. The same oils are soft brushed into your limbs while you await the transformation. Cleopatra Bathing A deliciously private, relaxing hydrotherapy bathing experience with warm water jets and a choice of Pink or black Himalayan salts that uplift. This can be taken before any treatment and helps to ensure the relaxation experience is doubly loaded in your favour.

Warm Healing Mud Cocoon Allow 25 minutes. In combination with other therapies Adding nourishment to any treatment, Warm Hungarian healing mud and quartz crystal are combined to paint the body to perfection, nourish and feed the skin, relax and restore the muscles.

Thermal Bathing
Classical Thermal Bathing Experiences: Heat and humidity to cleanse and heal the body and mind. Sauna A dry deep heat: muscle relaxing, invigorating and immunity boosting. A recommended stay is 1015 minutes followed by a relaxation period of the same time. Steam Most heat encourages perspiration, increases blood circulation, enlivens the senses and cleanses toxins. Promoting ease of breathing and glowing skin tone, a recommended stay should be no longer than 25 minutes. Outdoor Hot Tub Hot water with massaging jets in an external tub is a delightful way to reduce stress, lower blood pressure, ease fatigue and relieve aches and pains. Ours also has a wonderful viewpoint over Brooklands. Meditation Room Gentle warming waterbeds to restore and relax the body to a resting temperature in a quiet, cocooning environment. A charge applies for non-residents wishing to use the thermal bathing facilities.

Spa Etiquette
Booking Appointments All treatment appointments may be booked in advance with Reservations or directly at the spa. The direct line is 01932 335777. The time you reserve is held especially for you with one of our professional spa therapists. We cannot reserve appointments for non-resident guests without the conrmation of a credit card number at the time of booking. Booking Advice A consultation is required prior to all of our treatments upon a rst visit to the Spa, this is to ensure we give the most effective treatment on the day. Please inform us at the time of booking if you have any medical conditions, skin allergies or reactions, are taking any medication or think that you are pregnant. Most of our treatments may be tailored to pregnancy. The use of wraps and heat is not recommended in pregnancy due to unlikely but possible health complications. B Spa at Brooklands, as a duty of care to our guests, do not conduct wraps or heat treatments during any phase of pregnancy or conduct body massage in the rst four months of pregnancy. Please allow three days after Botox injections before seeking facial treatment. For all other cosmetic procedures we advise consultation with your physician prior to taking spa treatments. Patch tests are required before rst eyelash or brow tints. We do not advise taking waxing appointments with any other treatment including massage. Cancellation Policy Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or failure to take up an appointment time will result in the full treatment price being charged. Group Bookings Groups of three or more require a credit card to reserve the booking. Cancellations must be made 48hours prior to the appointment, otherwise a 50% cancellation charge will be payable. Arrival We ask that you arrive at the spa reception 15 minutes before your appointment time to enable you to relax and discuss your treatment needs with our spa team. We offer our guests a reliable treatment schedule. Please appreciate that late arrivals will not receive an extension of scheduled treatment time to avoid inconvenience to other guests and the same treatment price will apply. Robes and Slippers and What to Wear Robes and slippers are provided in the spa. We also provide disposable underwear to be worn in our spa body treatments and thermal rooms to suit women and men. In treatments you may choose whether or not you wear your own underwear or not. Our spa therapists are professionally trained in draping techniques to ensure your privacy and comfort. Smoking Smoking under current legislation is strictly forbidden. Please ask a member of the spa team who will show you our legal smoking area. Age Requirements No person/s under the age of 16 years is permitted to take treatments unless accompanied in the treatment room by an adult. Use of the gym, hot tub and thermal rooms is strictly forbidden to persons less than 16 years of age.

Footwear Outdoor shoes are not permitted within the spa. We will provide slippers or you are welcome to bring your own Gratuities indoor slippers or use the pair provided in your room. For Our best reward is your personal recommendation. your safety in the spa we request that you wear slippers at Gratuities are therefore left to your discretion. all times. Swimwear Please bring your own swimwear with you to enjoy the outdoor hot tub experience. Swimwear must be worn at all times around the hot tub and topless swimwear for ladies is strictly forbidden. Valuables We advise you not to bring valuables with you to the spa. You will need to remove items of jewellery for all treatment and heat experiences. We are unable to accept responsibility for looking after your personal effects and for any loss or damage incurred to these effects. Mobile Phones For the comfort and peace of all our guests we request that mobile phones are switched to silent at all times.
