will be especially important in this exam. The way I see it is that the AI is historical and the exam
information is like meeting with your client for a new financial year and they update you on how it
went. You will get the latest financial statements, hear of actual potential strategies and opportunities

etc. In the exam, out of all of these options price changes was one of the questions which came up

Therefore, students who are used to memorising technical concepts and then ‘smashing out the
question bank’ will be perplexed when they are presented with 40+ pages of advance information
and a Case Study exam paper seemingly testing nothing they have learnt in their other 14 exams. To
qualify as an ICAEW Chartered Accountant you must complete the ACA, a highly-respected
professional qualification that requires students to complete at least three years on-the-job training
while passing a series of exams. You can start your training by completing ICAEW’s Certificate in
Finance, Accounting and Business (ICAEW CFAB), which is made up of the first six modules of the
ACA, before going on to complete the rest of the qualification. The mark scheme for each
requirement is also the same. This makes the exam fairly predictable. What was my first impression of
the ICAEW Case Study? Weird. This exam is completely different to the 14 ACA exams prior which
actually have new content to learn. The ICAEW Case Study was completely unknown to me until I
came to study for this exam. It was not really an exam that was spoken about at all beforehand. For
this reason, I have written this blog to give others an insight into the ICAEW Case Study exam with

This will come in the form of an A4 pack roughly 40 pages in length. The pack will contain extracts

study and you can make this using your AI. I will provide mine for an idea of how I did this. The

exam, there is a very precise marking grid for each requirement which lays out the specific points
candidates need to make to score marks. For example, a candidate could make a perfectly
reasonable, well-articulated point but if it’s not on the marking grid, it won’t score points. They
wanted to report on their achievements and plans in a way that would create a sense of pride and
demonstrate a clear and differentiated value. Final exam notes for Case Study module of ICAEW
ACA Advanced Level. They are 36 pages long and cover the entire module discussing all the
examinable points. Due to numerous procurements, in several categories. such as IT, FM, telecoms

learn which types of information in the AI tend to be rewarded in the mark scheme and where in the
mark scheme they are rewarded, i.e. which box. My advice here directly contradicts the advice given
by tuition providers like BPP but I truly believe it’s the right course of action. It’s my belief that
mock exams related to the actual case given are of course worth doing (more on this in the section
