MISSION DEVELOPMENT EXERCISE

- Volunteering for pilot cup (athletic) / educational programs in order to benefit a group
of kids or just be of help towards them.

MISSION STATEMENT
My mission is to serve, inspire, and prepare my students with tools of empathy,
understanding, and love in order for them to thrive and serve in their communities.

VISION STATEMENT
My vision is to create an inclusive and adaptive classroom environment so that every
student can succeed.

your location or setting what you feel and what you experience

I wake up feeling excited, ready to continue to get to know my new students. On the drive to
school, I think about some of the assignments we will be doing in class and make mental
notes to grab all the materials I need before the beginning of the day. During the course of
the day my students and I got to work, grow, and learn together. I am able to form
connections with my students and create a welcoming environment for them. After leaving
my classroom, I go home and tell my family how great my day was. At this point in time, I am

feeling accomplished and am looking forward to another great day with my students. I
spend the rest of the day with my family and prepare my things for the next day.
