Hello.

My name is prem Rambhia, and I am a 5th-year law student at Symbiosis Law School
Pune.

Firstly, I decided to pursue law in the year 2017 before my Junior College ended. I believe
that as lawyers, we carry a huge responsibility in society to solve or help people to solve their
disputes by which they are grieved. As an officer of the court, we are obligated to think well
for our clients who only came to us because they are aggrieved by a certain dispute that needs
legal action.

Being a lawyer specifically in the area of dispute resolution carries a specific skillset which
consists, of being composed under pressure, Managing time, management of work with your
colleagues, having good research skills, having a good sense of law, and having good
communication skills in and outside the court the place of work, having the desire to keep
learning and many more.

I believe I fit for this role because, during my law school and the internships which I have
done, I gained valuable insights into law and experience, which have honed me into the
lawyer that I am today.

Answering the second question, why would I want to take up this role after studying law?

I would like to take up this role because dispute resolution has always excited me the most.
Studying law has been a profound journey that has deepened my understanding of justice,
equity, and the transformative power of the legal system. As a passionate lawyer, I am eager
to translate my academic knowledge into meaningful action by taking up this role.

The dynamic nature of this role drives me, as it requires not only a comprehensive
understanding of the law but also strategic thinking, effective communication, and the ability
to navigate complex legal scenarios. I am confident that my legal education has equipped me
with the analytical and problem-solving skills necessary to excel in this capacity

Furthermore, Conducting Research, Reading various Documents and focusing on the details
to come up with a strong defense, drafting air-tight agreements for conveyance, appearing in
courts, managing time during exhaustive work, learning new things about law daily, and
several other things have always motivated me to pursue law.
Finally, the requirements of this role suit me best and aligns well with my future career goals
therefore making me a precious asset to your firm.

Thank you.
