Mandated by Court Order, CMP No.4037 of 2022, order dated – 5.8.2023 –

Sir,

I am writing to formally request the registration of an FIR against Mr.

Dhamodharan, residing at No.1 Ellaiyamman Koil Street, Muthapudupet, Avadi,
Chennai – 55. This request is pursuant to a directive issued by the Hon'ble
Magistrate's Court of Ambattur, dated August 5, 2023, regarding alleged
embezzlement of temple funds amounting to Rs.30,00,000.

The initial complaint was filed by Mr. Suresh, son of Mr. Ramaswamy, from
No.165, Defense Colony, Muthapudupet, IAF Post, Avadi, Chennai – 55, on whose
behalf I am writing this representation. Despite the complaint dated February 24,
2022, and a subsequent petition to the Deputy Commissioner's office in Avadi, no
FIR was registered.

Following these inactions, Mr. Suresh sought legal recourse from the Ambattur
Magistrate Court which has now resulted in an order to proceed with an FIR and a
thorough investigation. Unfortunately, there was a significant delay in the delivery
of this court order, CMP No.4037/2022, order dated – 5.8.2023, which was only
received by the complainant on April 16, 2024.

Attached herewith is a copy of the court order. I respectfully urge your office to act
on this directive immediately by registering the FIR against Mr. Dhamodharan. It
is imperative that an investigation is launched to ensure the recovery of the
embezzled public funds and to uphold justice.

action.
