Needs Analysis
This course is specifically designed for 10 Participants, Consisting of 1 male and 9
Females with ages ranging From 18 to 22 Years old. The Participants have an intermediate
level and will be learning at a bakery Shop. the course 5 spend two days, on thursdats and
Fridays, With each lesson lasting 2 hours in the afternoon From 15.00-17.00. the teachers
guiding them are aqasha and Yizreel

The Answer
1. Analisa kebutuhan penting untuk memastikan kursus bahasa Inggris (ESP) sesuai
dengan kebutuhan spesifik kelompok tersebut. Ini membantu dalam menyesuaikan
materi dan metode pengajaran agar efektif dan relevan.
2. Karena dengan membuat goals, kita tau tujuan kita apa dan membuatnya lebih terarah.
Intinya membuat goals membuat kita bisa melihat gambaran tentang apa yang kita
lakukan
3. Karena dengan adanya objectives maka kita dapat mengetahui tindakan apa yang
perlu dilakukan untuk mencapai tujuan kita, langkah-langkah yang membawa kita,
dan bagaimana kita akan mencapai tujuan tersebut dengan taktik atau strategi khusus
dalam jangka pendek.
4. Silabus adalah bagian kurikulum yang mencakup standar kompetensi, kompetensi
dasar, materi pokok, kegiatan pembelajaran, indikator pencapaian kompetensi,
penilaian, alokasi waktu, dan sumber belajar
