3. The management reserves the rights to cancel the purchase order (partly/completely) or make deduction from
bill as per quality or fail to meet our satisfaction.
4. Bill to be submitted to our purchase dept, Head office, .
5. Payment will be made by crossed cheque within 45 days after submission of your bill as per GRN & quality
issued by the factory, No payment will be made until & unless all the items fully supplied as per purchase order.
6. Tax At Source Will be Dedueted From Your Bill At Applicable Rate
