Until recently, humankind seemed to view the ocean as a source of infinite

ecosystems, have and continue to vanish from places where they once

recycled ocean waste. Only 7,000 pairs of the Ultra BOOST Uncaged Parley were
made in 2016, but the company says it plans to make one million pairs of shoes
using Parley Ocean Plastic in 2017. "Nobody can save the oceans alone. Each of
us can play a role in the solution. We are extremely proud that Adidas is joining
US in this mission to show that it is possible to turn ocean plastic into something
cool,” said Cyrill Gutsch, the founder of Parley for the Oceans.
Priced at €200, the shoes contain 11 plastic bottles. The upper part of the shoe is
made from recycled polyester and waste plastic taken from the waters around the
Maldives, and most of the rest of the trainer was made from recycled material.
Plastic in the world's oceans has become an increasing problem in recent years. A
report in January said oceans would contain more plastics than fish by 2050

The La Tomatina is a festival held on a Wednesday towards the end of August in
the town of Bufiol in the Valencia region in Spain. The weeklong festival includes
music, parades, dancing, and fireworks.
About 30,000 people come to the tomato fight, while Bufiol’s population is only
9,000. There are not many accommodations for people who come to La Tomatina,
so many participants stay in Valencia and travel by bus or train to Bufiol, about 38
km outside the city.
Many trucks transport tomatoes into the center of the town, Plaza del Pueblo.
The tomatoes come from Extremadura, where they are less expensive. The signal
for the beginning of the fight is firing of the cannon, and the chaos begins. Once it
begins, the battle is generally every man for himself. People who partake in this
event are strongly encouraged to wear protective safety goggles and gloves. In
addition, they must squash the tomatoes before throwing for safety precautions.
Another rule is that no one is allowed to bring into this fight anything that may
lead to a more serious clothing. Somewhere between an hours and two hours, the
fighting ends and the cannon is fired once more to signal the end. At this point no
more tomatoes can be thrown. The cleaning process involves the use of fire trucks
to spray down the streets, with water provided from a Roman waterway. People
find water to wash themselves, most likely at the Bufiol River.

In this area of increasing and diminishing fossil fuel supplies, we must begin to

Another alternative energy source is geothermal power which creates energy
trapping heat from below surface of the earth. Hot water and steam that are
trapped in underground pools are pumped to the surface and used to run a
generator, which produces electricity. Geothermal energy is 5,000 times more
abundant than the entire known supply of fossil fuel sources and as with solar
power, the technology needed to utilize geothermal energy is fairly simple. A
prime example of effective geothermal use is Iceland, a region of high geothermal
activity where there are over 80 percent of private home heated by geothermal
power.

While the western New Year is celebrated to some degree in Korea today,
the traditional Korean or Lunar New Year, which usually falls at some point in
early January or February, is still more important. The exact dates of the three-day

Exercise has become a huge part of our world. There are gyms everywhere,
but if you're not keen on them, there are hundreds of exercise videos to choose
