Good morning we are from group one and will explain the results of our discussion

about teh Kotak. Teh Kotak is a beverage product from Ultrajaya and is a fast food drink
in Indonesia. teh kotak is a jasmine tea that is made from the process of UHT (ultra-high
temperature).

The ingredient that contains inside teh

kotak is:

70 kilocalories of total energy

0 gram or 0% of total fat

0 gram or 0% of protein

17 (seventeen) grams or 5% of sugars

and finally 10 (ten) milligrams

or 1% of sodium (salt)

Keep in mind, that the recommended

sugar consumption for health is only 5% of
daily calorie needs. The Ministry of Health
of the Republic of Indonesia provides a
recommendation for sugar consumption
per person per day, which is 50 grams of sugar or the equivalent of 5-9 teaspoons.
Meanwhile, as reported by the United Kingdom's National Health Service, the maximum
amount of sugar consumption per day based on age includes:

Adults: no more than 30 grams (7 teaspoons) per day

Children 7–10 years: no more than 24 grams (6 teaspoons) per day
Children 2–6 years: no more than 19 grams (4 teaspoons) per day.

The main danger of consuming excess sugar is that it triggers obesity. Consumption
of sugar is believed to trigger obesity because it is high in calories and contains only a
few other nutrients, such as vitamins, minerals, protein, and fat that the body needs. In
addition, excessive sugar consumption can also increase body fat faster.

so our conclusion is that meanwhile the sugars and sodium in teh kotak are low
because it is less than 100gram, teh kotak is not a really unhealthy snack.
