Ingredients

4 chicken legs
2 cups of white rice
3 Cups of Water
A MAGGI Chicken Flavor Cube
3 red osnions
A tomato
A Carrot
1/2 cup of peas
1/2 Cup of Shelled Corn
A Cup of Leafless Coriander
A pinch of salt
2 lemons
A teaspoon of ground garlic
4 tablespoons of ground chili pepper
4 tablespoons of vegetable oil
Procedure
Coriander
1. Blend the cilantro with a little water if
necessary until you obtain a paste. Reserve
2. Cut an onion and carrot into small cubes.
3. In a pot, heat the oil and sear the chicken until
completely browned. Remove and reserve. In the
same pot, fry the onion for 5 minutes, this will
allow you to take advantage of the flavor left by
the chicken.
4. Add the garlic, the yellow chili, a MAGGI
chicken flavor cube and fry for 5 more minutes.
Add the liquefied coriander and cook for 2 more
minutes. Return the fish to the pot along with 3
cups of water and cook for 15 minutes over
medium heat.
5. Remove the dams. Add the previously washed
rice, peas, carrots, corn and cook at medium
temperature for 10 minutes.
6. Add the cooked chicken pieces. Finish cooking
for 5 more minutes at minimum temperature.
Creole Bush
7. Cut the remaining 2 onions into julienne strips
and the tomato into thin segments. Place them in a
bowl and mix together with the juice of 2 lemons,
a pinch of salt and finely cut cilantro leaves.
8. Serve a cup of rice prepared with a piece of
chicken, accompanied by 3 tablespoons of Creole
bramble.

Ingredients:
1 kg de purple corn
1 ripe pineapple
3 quinces
2 apples
2 large peaches
5 cloves
-2 cinnamon sticks
4 liters water
4 lemons

Procedure:
to taste Brown sugar or sweetener of your choice
Wash the purple corn well, put it to boil in a pot.
Peel and remove the core of the pineapple. Add
the pineapple peel and heart to the corn pot along
with the cinnamon and cloves, apple and quince.
Let it boil for an hour and a half or until the
purple corn kernels burst. Strain the chicha, cool
and add the lemon juice and sugar to taste. If the
chicha is very heavy, you can add a little more
water.
