and knowledge that gave to us. Without forgetting everyone who
direct and indirectly helped us doing this work.
INTRODUCTION

The internet made our lives easier that seems we never lived without it. This tool is
important in people and companies’ day so that these companies’ systems work well.

In present work, we will talk about the digital banks, their advantages and
disadvantages, interaction between banks and customers, their acting in the market,
tendencies and technology’s development in banks and their impact in the society
nowdays.
DIGITAL BANKS

The digital banks over the years it has provided to their customers with quick and
effective facilities. The investment in technology by the financial institutions has been
growing, and each day is easier do bank transactions through apps, where before was
needed to go to some bank.
Nowadays, the smartphones are the main tool used by society to connect in virtual
world. The telephone is not just a mean of communication anymore, and more and
more new features have been gained. With technology’s development, the banks
added the digital environment in customers live and now, they fit in our pocket.
ADVANTAGES AND DISADVANTAGES OF DIGITAL
BANK
The digital banks have many advantages. However, the disadvantages exist too.

With the new technologies and use of smartphones and has been more frequent in our
country, the economic sector needed to develop to adapt to the modern world.

ADVANTAGES

 Internet support
The people don’t need to go to the banks agency and wait for hours to
clear up doubts about their bank accounts or request a financial service.
The digital banks have a specific characteristic: don’t use physical
agencies. With that, these institutions save Money from water bill and
payment for employees.

 Affordable investments
For who wish to start to invest some money or already have connections in the
virtual financial market, are a good option. Some of them have apps, for
example, the banco inter and the Modalmais.

DISADVANTAGES

 No need for in-person support


For those people that are accustomed to have in- person support and prefer solve
every in-person way. The lack of agencies makes this personal contact difficlut

Para aqueles que estão acostumados com o atendimento olho no olho e preferem
resolver tudo de forma presencial, este tipo de conta pode não ser tão
interessante. A ausência de agências dificulta esse contato pessoal, mas para o
público mais jovem, isso é pouco relevante.
 System failure

Use virtual financial services by phone and in a matter of seconds I do different

failure.

In this case, the customer can’t do operations in the virtual apps, what would be
worrying in cases of emergency. At same time, is needed always have mobile
internet available to access these services.

CONCLUSÃO

O smartphone tem se mostrado o principal canal de acesso dos consumidores aos


serviços disponíveis na internet, e os bancos estão inseridos neste processo, cada
vez ganhando mais relevância. Novos serviços digitais são disponibilizados com
o avanço das tecnologias e das inovações de segurança, garantindo confiabilidade
nas transações. As agências bancárias sofrerão possivelmente com essa nova
forma de atuação, e os bancos, seus funcionários, clientes e o mercado precisarão
se adaptar às mudanças vindouras.
