Synchronization Error Messages

Synchronization error messages indicate that a problem occurred during a manual or automatic synchronization
between MiCollab Client Service and another entity.

MiCollab Client Service Error Messages


The following table lists the MiCollab Client Service error messages that may appear during the synchronization
process. These messages may appear for any type of synchronizer configured.
Error Message Probable Cause Corrective Action

System Busy. System is in maintenance mode, or Wait until system is in service mode

AD/LDAP Synchronization Error Messages


If you have configured an Active Directory/LDAP synchronizer, synchronization errors appear in the table that lists the
AD/LDAP domains on the Synchronization Tab. The following table provides troubleshooting information for AD/LDAP
synchronization error messages.
NOTE: The structure and text included in the error message is determined by the type of LDAP server used. The
error messages in the table below provide examples only and may not reflect the actual verbiage generated by the
LDAP server used at your site.
