I humbly submit your honour that, on receipt of the letter under

reference cited above, I have directed all the staff members of this Court to
search RCC No.668/1997 and place before me and also directed that what
were the steps taken by you for complying the CA No.19/2024 filed by Sri R.
Umender Kumar, Advocate.
I further submit that, Smt. Swathi, Sr. Assistant of this Court reported
that, searched all the bundles in the section and as well in record section with
regard to comply the C.A. No.19/2024 filed by the Counsel Mr.R. Umender
Kumar and after desperate search unable to trace out the case bundle in
R.C.C. No.668/1997 as the case was disposed on 20.04.1998 by allowing the
petition in I.A. No.46/1998 to deposits the rents from June, 1993 to February,
1998 @ Rs.150/- per month on or before 02.03.1998 and also further monthly
rents shall deposit on or before 10 th of every month and it had been took place
over 25 years ago and the material part of case records in RCC No.668/1997
were submitted for complying the Appeal intimation for reference in R.A.
No.65/1998.

It is further submit that, on non-compliance of the orders in I.A.

No.46/1998 in RCC No.668/1997, an Appeal preferred by petitioner vide R.A.
No.65/1988 against the orders in I.A. No.46/1998 and the same was dismissed
on 20.03.1998. It is pertinent to mention here that, as per the records of this
office, it is found that, after disposal of the main RCC, subsequently the E.P.
No.10/1998 was also filed and after heard the matter, the said E.P. was
terminated on 09.07.1998 by the then Presiding Officer.
 In view of the above developments surfaced I humbly request your
Honour to kindly accept and consider the said contents as submission of
remarks and oblige.
