INSTRUCTIONS FOR CANDIDATES (PLEASE READ CAREFULLY)

E-Hall Ticket

1. E-hall ticket is provisional, subject to the fulfilment of all eligibility conditions. All information on the e-hall ticket including
photograph and signature must be clearly visible in the printout. It is the responsibility of the applicant to check the Test date,
Candidate name, Application number, Program, Category etc. Candidates must NOT mutilate the e-hall ticket or change any
entry.
2. 1 hard copy of e-Hall ticket must be brought on the day of the examination to be signed by the Invigilator. This signed copy by the
Invigilator MUST be uploaded on the counselling portal, at the time of counselling registration.
3. The e-hall ticket is NOT transferable to any other person. Impersonation is a legally punishable offence.
4. If there are any discrepancies in the e-hall ticket information, candidate should contact +91 9243777711 or write to
admissions@manipal.edu with the nature of the discrepancy immediately on the same day of downloading, for verification.

Test Centre

1. Report to the selected Test centre as per the reporting time mentioned above, with 1 hard copy of the e-hall ticket and any one of
the following for photo identification document: Passport / Driving License / EC Voter ID Card / Aadhaar Card / PAN card or School
/ College photo-bearing ID card.
2. Consumption of eatables / tobacco / alcoholic / non-alcoholic products is strictly prohibited. Get your own water bottles without
any labels.
3. There may not be any provision for safe keeping of valuables at the Centre. MAHE Manipal and Test centre will NOT be
responsible for loss of any of the valuables / documents.

Manipal Entrance Test (MET)

1. Candidates will NOT be permitted to appear for the test without hard copy of this e-hall ticket.
2. There will be a pre-test registration process prior to the start of the actual test. The test duration mentioned above, is from the start
of the actual test time. Candidates are required to plan their time accordingly for pre-test and post-test activity.
3. Candidates MUST get their Pen / Pencil for rough work; 2 sheets of rough paper will be provided during the test at the test centre.
Candidates must write their Application No, Name and Sign at the top of each page of the sheets. The Candidates must drop the
sheet/s in the designated drop box without fail, before leaving the Examination Hall/Room. Failure to do so may result in a non-
evaluation of your answers.
4. Electronic devices are NOT permitted inside the examination hall. These include but are not limited to Mobile phones, Smart
watches, Cameras, handheld / laptop / palmtop computers, organizers, pagers, PDAs, radios, headsets, Walkman's, calculator
watches, electronic dictionaries, electronic translators and recorders. All Bluetooth devices are to be switched off.
5. Personal items (wallets, purses etc.) are NOT permitted in the examination hall.
6. Copying / Discussion / Misbehavior is NOT allowed.
7. Having started the test, candidate will NOT be allowed to leave the examination hall till 60 minutes of test start. If a candidate
leaves the hall for whatever reason, they cannot re-enter or resume the test.

• On Test submission, the overall Test score will not be displayed on your screen. Detailed Score card will be made available at
http://apply.manipal.edu/ after 72 hours.
• If the candidate fails to follow the examination instructions or causes a breach in the terms and conditions of the examination, or
for any other reason, and If any unusual / suspicious activity / behavior of the Candidate is observed during the Examination,
MAHE reserves right to conduct detailed audit (such as verification of CCTV footage, Pattern of attending the questions,
verification of Rough Sheets and overall conduct during the examination etc.), and if found any grounds or reason to believe
any malpractice, MAHE in its sole discretion may disqualify such candidate.
