Subject: Solicitation for Christmas League and Activities

Warm greetings !

As the holiday season approaches, we are excited to reach out to you on behalf of our
organization to request your participation and support for our upcoming Christmas League
and Activities. As Sk officials, our mission is to bring joy and happiness to our community by
organizing inclusive events that promote teamwork, solidarity, and the spirit of giving. This
year, we are planning a Christmas League and various activities to create a memorable and
festive experience for all participants.

We believe that the Christmas League and Activities will not only foster a sense of
camaraderie among participants but also contribute to the overall well-being and happiness of
our community members, especially during the holiday season. The league will include
friendly competitions, such as basketball in three(3) categories; mediate, junior and senior,
and volleyball for women. Additionally, we will feature other activities; a caroling contest,
purok christmas decoration contest, indigenous parol contest and inter-purok muse tiktok
showdown.

To make this event a success, we kindly request your support in the form of sponsorship or
donation. Your generous contribution will help cover the costs of prizes, equipment,
refreshments, and other essential expenses. Any amount, large or small, will be greatly
appreciated and will directly impact the quality and scope of the event.
