My addiction is destroying me!

. - My name is Diana, and I’m a compulsive eater. I have a big problem. When I’m anxious, I eat, I
mean, I eat a lot. And, the thing is, I’m always anxious. Yesterday I had a terrible day at work, so I got
home and went straight to the kitchen. I made an enormous chocolate cake and ate five pieces.
Oh, and I drank a whole bottle of coke with it. I don´t have a weight problem, but I know it’s not
healthy. I want to change.
What should I do?
