Overall, a great introduction to the topic.

Very accessible writing style, useful insight, and a good

amount of practice questions to hone your skills. A few notes.

Page 39, first and second game board (Chapter 4, Gaming the Analytical Reasoning Questions): In
the first game board, H should be crossed off in box three of the first row, not box three of the
second row. G should also be canceled out from box 1 of the second row.

In the second game board, H should be crossed off in box three of the first row, not box three of the
second row.

Page 328, Question 25 (Reading Comprehension, Practice Test 3): The question should say “third”
paragraph not “second.”

Online quizzes do not allow for us to cross off an option. If allowed, this would make the experience
much more to the process of elimination.

Online Practice Exam 5, Analytical Reasoning Question 14 has no answer listed in the options. The
key says A, C, and D could be true, but D can never be true. This is because it would split RN and
HI. The key also says E is the answer that must be true, but E is the one that could be true. This is
because S can be in Comfort. The question has no answer because none of the options must be
true.

Online Practice Exam 5, Analytical Reasoning Question 19: For choice b (l being in the third
position), the explanation diagram puts t in the second place but the rule dictates that this is not
possible. In addition, it puts z after l, but this is not allowed. You can do something like t, z, l, a, e, b,
m.

For the explanation diagram for the sixth position, it should have Z, but it is nowhere to be seen. The
third e should be replaced with z and it works.
