THESIS:

Conflicts of interest in the work and academic spheres can generate significanteffects on
efficiency, communication and the achievement of objectives. However,by implementing
appropriate resolution strategies, it is possible to reduce thenegative effects and promote
a more productive and collaborative environment.

CONCLUSIONS:

1. The effective management of conflicts of interest in the work and academicenvironment is


essential to maintain a healthy and efficient work dynamic.By addressing these conflicts
appropriately, the escalation of tensions isavoided and collaboration between those involved
is encouraged.

2. Conflicts of interest can arise due to competition for limited resources,differences


in individual or group goals, and lack of clarity in roles andresponsibilities. These
conflicts can create divisions and affectcommunication and decision-making, thus weakening
team performance.

3. The resolution of conflicts of interest requires an approach based on opencommunication,


empathy and negotiation. Establishing clear rules,encouraging the active participation of
all parties involved, and seekingcollaborative solutions are effective strategies to address
these conflicts andpromote a more harmonious work or academic climate.
