Introduction

According to economicsdiscussion.net (nd), leadership is fundamentally a


continuous process of shaping behavior. It may be deemed in context of
reciprocal relations between a leader and his disciples. However, as argued by
Le’Elef (2006, p10) “in the Torah view, leadership emerges, not as a goal, but
as a result of a general”. Further to add another view of leadership through
review many articles, it can be found that a major positive relationship between
transformational leadership and the management of change within an organization
can be explained as cited by Putri et al (2020).
