A. Inactive people should learn to manage stress, avoid caffeine and nicotine, and stay

B. You need to track your resting heart rate since it can determine your fitness level. By
knowing this, you can identify now which is causing you to have a high heart rate. This
can improve your overall well-being and the length of your life.
C. My resting heart rate hovers around 68bpm. This means I have an above average good
heart rate. I want to make it lower though since I am an athlete so I can continue to
improve in my sport. Having too low of a heart rate in life can put us at risk of bradycartia
while having too high can result. People who have a high heartbeat can be at risk of
tachycardia
D. I will get into my target heart rate zone by working out more often incorporating both
resistance training and cardio. My fitness target is around 60 bpm since I am an athlete.
E. It is true that the body does burn fat during the fat burning zone,you have to exercise
longer compared to high intensity workouts to burn more calories.
