They are requested to inform to the Class Coordinators concerned with 8.E —II, IV, VI & VIII semesters and ME/M.Tech-II & IV Semesters that they should obtain a common declaration, on or before 25/04/2024 (Thursday) from the students of the each section whether he / she has attended the college during the period from 18.04.2024 to 20.04.2024 (03 days). ‘The HoDs are requested to send the following through the Class Coordinators : «The details of the attendance on the said dates are to be informed to the faculty concerned for posting the attendance for the students who were present on that day in their attendance registers as well as in VCENET on or before 27.04.2024 (Saturday). «The grant of attendance towards participation by the students in the college functions (TechFest & EUPHORIA-2024 shall be completed in the month of April,2024 itself.
