The scheduled Division Festival of Talents for Culture and Arts/ Arts Month Celebration is reset from February 24-25, 2024 to February 22-23, 2024. 2. The venue of the Division Festival of Talents is at ROBINSONS PLACE NAGA. 3, ‘The following guidelines are to be strictly observed ‘a. Likhawitan shall be represented by 1 contestant only. b. Sineliksik shall be represented by 5 contestants (1 cameraman, 1 director and 3 actors, during editing, only 2 are allowed to stay inside the contest venue. c. Sulatanghal- 1 contestant d. Pintahusay — (still life) guidelines will be in separate issuance. e. Youth choir- Acapella free choice and copyright-free,20-30 members. {.
