Question

The operations strategy matrix (see Figure 1) is a tool used to evaluate a company’s operations
and determine the best course of action for achieving its goals. It is a visual representation of
the company’s operations, with different factors such as cost, quality, and delivery times plotted
on a graph. The matrix helps to identify areas of the operations that are strong and areas that
need improvement, allowing the company to make informed decisions about how to optimize
its operations.
