only thing worse than his attitude, is his pungent breath.
Supposedly he's the local Pirate King, but it appears he
is the only ship left in the area.

Battle hardened plague-doctor that still has Great War
flashbacks. She has settled down in Port Fuchs with a
small shop, but seems unhappy with her retirement…

The King's personal Wizard and appointed Head of the
Guard, his legend is more present in the town than he
himself, staying in his Wizard tower most of the time.
Dravan Cane
Public enemy number one and leader of the local thieves
guild, Dravan seeks revenge for the death of his sister at
the hand of the town guards.
Helies of the Sea
A mechanical Paladin that seeks a quest deep down on
the ocean floor. Each day he walks into the Sea on his
relentless pursuit to vanquish an untold evil.
King Blrrk
The absentee King that seems to have indirectly harmed
or angered the entire town. He disappeared from public
view after the Great War and for some reason settled in
the small town of Port Fuchs. His Castle and surrounding
kingdom has fallen to a state of disrepair.
