US Bangla could do this by:

 Launching new routes based on the demands by passengers

 Introducing a new set of cabin classes that is affordable and also luxurious to the passengers
(ex: Premium Economy)
 Developing ancillary services like in-flight entertainment or priority boarding for additional
revenue.
 Modernizing their fleet with newer sets of Airbus and Boeing and all of this should be more fuel
efficient
 Improving the level of comfort that passengers want.
 Invest in digital services like online booking and making the check in experience more seamless
and developing their mobile apps.

Quality Assurance:

US Bangla has a set of quality assurance and they should comply by with it to develop their standards
and try to reach the zenith of success. They can take it a further step by :

 Regularly monitoring passenger feedback through surveys and complaints of passengers.


 Ensuring that the staff has adequate knowledge about the process and also has adherence to
